- A payment was processed twice
- The user was charged but did not receive download access

Email contact@picpexel.com with:
- Full name
- Registered email
- Order ID
- Description of issue
- Screenshot/video if applicable
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days back to the original payment method.
